We used to stop
there on every trip down to Arkansas to see my Aunt Sharon & Uncle Bus when we were little kids. I remember their chicken strips being the BEST artificial chicken I've ever tasted, no contest! It might have been because it was somewhere out of town & exciting or because I really liked their bbq sauce, it's a toss up!Either way, it typically meant Christ of the Ozarks and the Passion Play weren't far behind! Man, I miss Eureka Springs! Deep down, I'm a true hillbilly, hence the Swanton address... ya'll have no idea!
